We speak with individuals whose experience matches the brief, including those who are not actively looking but would consider the right opportunity.
Longlist to Shortlist
Through detailed conversations, we explore each candidate’s experience, achievements, motivations and suitability.
We refine the longlist into a focused shortlist, providing clear summaries of each individual and explaining why we believe they merit consideration for the role.
Client Interviews and Evaluation
We coordinate interviews and help both sides prepare for useful, informed discussions.
After each meeting, we gather feedback, explore any questions and compare candidates against the agreed brief, helping you assess their strengths and decide who should progress to the next stage.
Offer Management
Once a preferred candidate has emerged, we help agree an offer that reflects both parties’ expectations.
We manage discussions around remuneration, notice periods and start dates, maintaining communication through acceptance and supporting the candidate through their resignation.
Onboarding and Follow Up
We stay in touch between acceptance and the start date, helping resolve questions and supporting a smooth transition.
