I originally trained as an accountant in the late ’90s and, with some timely advice, came to the conclusion that the CFO role at Merrill Lynch probably wasn’t in my future.

I moved into recruitment, joining a well-known finance recruitment firm, where I focused on helping accountants transition into investment banking. 

Twenty five years on, including four spent in Sydney, I specialise in helping companies at every stage of growth, that are committed to appointing outstanding leaders at board and functional level.     

Married with 3 children, I live in South Buckinghamshire. Weekends will see me on a rugby touchline, cricket boundary, and trying to improve my speed riding up the Chiltern Hills on my road bike, which is starting to feel like a lost cause.
