Looking for a new role? This is what you can expect from us.



We meet everyone we introduce to our clients.  This is usually a video call in the first instance.  Allow 45-60 minutes for us to discuss your career to date and your aspirations.

Your CV and personal information remains confidential, until such time as you authorise us to make a submission to our client. 


We will share detailed information about our client and the specific opportunity.  This may require you to sign a NDA if the search is confidential.


We are not a 9-5 business. We know it's not easy to speak during the day, so we will be as accommodating as possible outside of business hours.


We do our best to share feedback as soon as we have it.  But things might not move as fast as we like, so on occasions, we will need to ask for your patience.


If we think your CV would benefit from some tweaks, we will let you know.  It's not an exact science but there are some obvious do's and don'ts.
